Refunds & Returns Policy
We hope you will be totally happy with your Barringtons Chef Crafted Foods order, but if you change your mind for any reason we are happy to refund or exchange any unsuitable items provided they are unused and in their original condition and packaging, within 30 days of purchase.
How To Return An Item
A valid returns authorisation note should be obtained by contacting us on 07976 350878 or via Email to sales@barringtonschefcrafted.co.uk
Damaged Goods
In the unlikely event that your order is received damaged, please contact us on 07976 350878 immediately.
All damaged items must be reported on the same day as delivery.
Where possible, report damage to the delivery driver and refuse the delivery so that the parcel is returned to us.
Alternatively, please inspect all items for damage upon receipt of the order and report any damages to our customer service team on the day of delivery.
Faulty Goods
Faulty items must be reported within 7 days of receipt to 07976 350878, or sales@barringtonschefcrafted.co.uk
Refunds
If you haven’t received a refund within 7 working days of returning your item(s), first, please contact your bank or credit card provider, as it can sometimes take a while for a refund to show in your account.
If you’ve done this, and 10 days have passed since you sent your return, and you’ve still not received your refund, please contact us at sales@barringtonschefcrafted.co.uk.

You will be responsible for paying for your own shipping costs for returning your item. Shipping costs are non-refundable. If you receive a refund, the cost of return shipping will be deducted from your refund.
Depending on where you live, the time it may take for your exchanged product to reach you may vary.
If you are returning more expensive consignments – ie a large number of items, you may consider using a trackable shipping service or purchasing shipping insurance. We don’t guarantee that we will receive your returned item.
