Brine it up! - Submerge your choice of meat in the brine solution, in a sealed container, and marinate in the fridge for a minimum of 8-12 hours.

Rub it up! - After pat drying your meat, fish, or vegetables dry with a paper towel, sprinkle the special seasoning over it and rub in thoroughly.

Jerk it up! - Massage the jerk seasoning into the surface, and let it marinate for at least 2 hours to deliver a bold, tangy kick to your dish.

Smoke it up! - If cooking outside, add a layer of the special wood pellets to the white hot coals, adding your choice of meat, once the pellets begin smoking.

Brush it up! - Brush the sauce over your cooking food generously every 10 minutes to keep it moist, flavour-packed, and irresistibly glossy.
