For every kilogram of meat, dissolve 100 grams of 'Brine it up!' in 500 mls of hot water. Stir until fully dissolved, and then allow the mixture to cool down in the refrigerator.
The Brining process seasons food from the inside out, enhances its tenderness, and helps it retain moisture whilst cooking.
Once cooled, place the meat into the brine in a sealable container, ensuring it's fully submerged.
Refrigerate for a minimum of 8-12 hours for the flavours to work their magic. After brining, remove the meat from the container.
You're all set to Spice It Up!
NB: Store in a cool, dry place. Use within 2 years of opening.
